  • Publisher Cancellation: In the rare event a publisher cancels a live post after publication through no fault of the client, we will offer a replacement post of equal or greater value. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a partial or full refund may be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Client dissatisfaction with search engine ranking changes or SEO performance post-publication.
  • Changes in the Domain Rating (DA/DR) or metrics of the publisher’s site after purchase.
  • Client’s change of mind or cancellation after the order process has begun.
  • Rejection of the guest post by the publisher due to content that does not meet their stated guidelines (which we provide).
  • Delays caused by the client in providing content, login details, or approvals.
  • Editorial decisions made by the publisher (e.g., title/formatting adjustments, moderate edits) that do not alter the core content or remove the backlink.

4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund review, you must:

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.
  3. Allow us a 5-7 business day period to investigate the circumstances with our publisher network.

5. Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the original purchase may not be refundable.
