2. Use of Our Service & Account Responsibility
You agree to use our Site and Service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not:
- Use our Service to promote illegal, harmful, or adult content.
- Submit plagiarized, spun, or AI-generated content without disclosure.
- Attempt to manipulate website metrics or violate search engine guidelines.
- Contact Publishers directly to circumvent our service after an introduction.
3. Service Description & Client Obligations
- Our Role: We act as an intermediary to connect you with our network of Publishers. We facilitate outreach, negotiation, and placement but do not own or control the Publisher sites.
- Client Content: You warrant that any content you provide is original, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and is free from malware.
- Approval & Revisions: You are responsible for timely approval of Publisher details, content drafts, and final posts. Delays caused by the Client may affect delivery timelines.
- Publisher Terms Final: All publishing decisions (including edits, publication date, and link placement) are at the sole discretion of the Publisher. We cannot guarantee specific on-page positioning beyond what is agreed upon in the order.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- All fees are stated clearly on the Site. Payment is required in advance to initiate service.
- All sales are final once work has commenced. Please refer to our separate and detailed Refund Policy for specific terms and eligibility.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the Client grants us a license to submit the provided content to Publishers for the purpose of fulfilling the Order.
- The Client retains copyright of the original content they submit. The Publisher may acquire publishing rights as per their own policy, which we will communicate where possible.
6. No Guarantee of SEO Performance
You expressly agree and acknowledge that we make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic increases, or domain authority improvements. SEO is influenced by innumerable external factors. Our service is the placement of a guest post with a backlink, not a guaranteed SEO outcome.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest Post Service, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Order in question.
8. Publisher Network & Link Removal
- We vet our Publishers but cannot guarantee the perpetual existence of any site, page, or backlink.
- Publishers reserve the right to remove published content or links at any time, for any reason, without our consent. We are not liable for such removals and will not provide refunds for posts removed after publication.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business, other clients, or Publishers.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our Country, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
